What a proposal includes
Each proposal is tailored to the property and may include furniture, artwork, lighting, rugs, accessories, delivery, professional installation, styling and coordinated removal. You see the rooms, the scope and the terms in writing before anything is scheduled.
How long the furniture stays
Our standard terms are 60 days, with 2 month terms confirmed in your proposal. Extension options may be available if the property has not sold, with timing and terms confirmed for each project.
